Mazkur tezisda iste’molchi huquqlarini huquqiy himoya qilish masalasiga ikki asosiy huquqiy tizim – roman-german va anglo-sakson yondashuvlari asosida chuqur tahliliy qarash bildirilgan. Xususan, elektron tijorat munosabatlarida iste’molchilarning manfaatlarini kafolatlashda bu ikki tizim o‘rtasidagi asosiy farqlar – huquq manbalarining ustuvorligi, normativ qat’iylik, sud pretsedentlariga asoslangan dinamizm va davlat regulyatorlarining ishtiroki – izchil yoritilgan. Yevropa Ittifoqi, Germaniya, Fransiya, Buyuk Britaniya, AQSh va Kanada tajribasi asosida axborot berish majburiyati, shartnoma shartlarining adolatliligi, ongli rozilik, kollektiv da’vo va ODR/ADR mexanizmlarining o‘rni ochib berilgan. Shu asosda O‘zbekiston Respublikasida iste’molchi huquqlarini elektron tijorat doirasida yanada samarali muhofaza qilish uchun tizimli va gibrid yondashuvlar asosidagi huquqiy strategiya ishlab chiqish zarurligi asoslangan.
